- Guarantee exam pass, licence grant, or regulatory outcome
- Run unpaid multi-week diagnostics that recreate a paid sprint
- Pretend platform modules are the default close in Q4

- Sell fixed Production Sprint, Exam War Room, Operator Lab (public)
- Design dual control and evidence on your stack
- Print the fence on the SOW
- Take 50% deposit to start
- Say no when the buyer is wrong
